This study “Teacher Motivation”
is an effort to recognize the factors which cause to diminish
motivation in teachers, within and outside the system as
well. During the study, I found two categories one is
"General Issues but significant, need to resolve them with
focus" which lays largely on the overall resources and second
is Specific "The deep state in the bureaucratic system, the
government approach towards teachers" lays on the practices
and culture amongst the peer members and authorities. |

This study brings to understand
the livelihood activities of Chero tribes of District –
Palamau, Jharkhand through their diverse farming and non
farming activities. Also their living style and how they make
sustainable in their daily routine activities, for this we
study certain case studies under different aspects and
strategies to understand existing opportunities and explore
new opportunities to increase livelihood activities. We also
found that culture and occupation of the tribe vary from
place to place and most of the livelihood depends on forest.
We also sketch the comparison between non- tribal and tribal
communities and find out the difference in their livelihood
activities. |

children, but the issues of child rights and education of
children are still suffering from tragic and burning problems
in the country. We are tried to focus some of the issues of
children here in the study and their position in the society.
Especially girl’s rights are still struggling from
contradictions because of gender discrimination. |

Tea Garden Labors of Assam: A Community in Distress

The process of mobilizing labors started soon after the state deemed fit for tea plantation during the British Raj.
A large number of workers are employed in the tea estates of Assam. But the conditions of the labors are very hard
and painful. They lack basic facilities like access to Education, Healthcare and etc. This study strives to outline the conditions
of the labors whose hard work fetch the delicious tea every day into our lives. |

for the long term such that their parents own and have the agency to be an active member in the schooling of their
