2 Forecasting the Tempo and Value of Fireboat Fabrication Applying Earned Value Method by Brie De Wilset Companies located in Surabaya which are mainly engaged in the production of commercial vessels, providing ship repair and maintenance services as well as general engineering with order-based specifications often experiencing problems of delays and cost overruns because of lack of supervision. Along with the development of the technology industry, ship production requires every shipyard to evaluate their system. Poor performance and lack of control and supervision have caused delays in the construction of new vessels. By using an Earned Value Method (EVM) calculation, it can predict the completion time and the remaining costs of fireboat construction, find deviations between plans and reality, and encourage to look for the causes. 03 - 13 Download Paper
3 Relative Examination on Variables of RIP and OSPF via Simulator GNS3 by Sophia Diaz From the past few decades, the use of internet has been increased dramatically. This increase leads to add a large number of devices in the entire network. These devices need IP address to route their data packets over the internet. Routing protocols are required to route these data via routers. An effective and secure communication depends upon the good usage of routing protocol in the entire network. There are several routing protocols like RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, ISIS, etc. Every routing protocols has its own features of routing packets. The comparative study of two interior gateway routing protocols OSPF and RIP is presented in the paper. Distance vector routing algorithm is used in RIP while link-state routing algorithm is used in OSPF. 14 - 18 Download Paper
