2 | Adaptation of Foreign Students in Philippine School Doha: A Uncovered Tour by Rayhon Mahkamov, Dilorom Kayumov, Nilufar Zokirov & Dr. Rita Azizov | Background: Being new to a school is a challenge. Though this manifestation may vary, it is familiar to new students. Since the transfer of Philippine School Doha to a new campus, the population increased for it accepted international students. It motivated the researchers to know the adjustment journey of international students. Method: This qualitative paper made use of a phenomenological research design to fully understand the experiences of foreign students who were enrolled in Philippine School Doha by answering the central question, “How do foreign senior high students adjust in Philippine School Doha?” The data gathered through a two-part instrument, a consent letter, and audio recording. Data collected were analysed using an inductive approach in theme development. Findings: Findings have shown the adjustment journey of foreign senior high school students in terms of academics, non- academic involvement, and ethnicity. Conclusion: With the increasing number of international students, Philippine School Doha has enhanced the quality of service in terms of providing programs that could lessen the learning difficulty of international students. 3 | The Socio & Economic Unfairness Traceable to Smoking by Dr. Kailash Joshi | Introduction. Smoking is one of the most searched risk factor. One of the aspect more analyzed respect to smoking is the double impact over the economy like cause of income and spends. The active consumption of tobacco and cigarettes like main cause for the smoking existence carry to social and economical asymmetries because of smoking like socioeconomic inequity cause. Objective. To describe the main characteristic that identifies to smoking like cause of socioeconomic inequity. Materials and methods. Like teoricals methods were used the comparative, analysis and synthesis and the inductive deductive. Like empiric method was utilized the bibliographic research about smoking. Results. Were described two main forms of socioeconomic inequity because of smoking given by the socials costs because of smoking: in the assignation of resources for Public Health and in the social redistribution of economical resources. Conclusions. 4 | Relationship of Body Mass Index with Speed of hill and Plain Area School Girls in Uttarakhand by Navneet Kumar | This investigation is conducted to find out the speed of hill and plain area school girls. This study was conducted on 400 school girls. The 200 girls from plain and 200 were hill area. The age group of girl students was between 15 to 17 years. In the finding, the average mean value for the height of the hill and plain area girls was (162.48±160). The Std. Deviation of a hill and plain area for height is (5.91±4.63). In the case of weight, the average means value of hill and plain area (54.79±46.28). In the case of weight Std. Deviation of a hill and the plain area was (10.36±8.51). The mean and Std. deviation of speed for hill area was (10.63±1.21) and for plain (12.02±0.94). All the results on p˂0.05** level, the height with a speed of hill is (r=-0.018) (P=0.799) and with plain r value (-0.056) (P=0.428). In case weight with a speed of hill r value (0.084) (P=0.239). For the plain correlation coefficient (0.021) (P=0.770). This study was conducted on 400 school girls. The 200 girls from plain and 200 were taken from hill area. The age group of girl students was between 15 to 17 years. In the finding, the mean value for the height of the hill and plain area girls was (162.48±160). The Std. Deviation of a hill and plain area for height (5.91±4.63). In the case of weight the mean value of hill and plain area (54.79±46.28). In the case of weight Std. Deviation of a hill and the plain area was (10.36±8.51). The mean for a reaction time of hill and plain areas is (0.139±0.132) and Std. deviation for hill and plain is (0.05±0.02). All the results on p˂0.05** level, the height with a reaction time of hill area is (r=0.069) (P=0.328) and with plain area r value (0.038) (P=0.594). In case weight with a reaction time of hill r value (0.063) (P=0.377). For the plain area correlation coefficient (-0.071) (P=0.316). In the results, it was concluded that plain area girls are better reaction time in compression of hill area girls.
