There is a continuous decline in the respiratory health of the urban population with increasing exposure to harmful emissions and the consequences worsen with time if remain undetected. Basic testing of pulmonary function has become an indispensable tool for early screening of individuals at risk. Spirometry breathing test (Pulmonary function test; PFT) is a commonly used cost effective, noninvasive and safe method for assessment of the status of respiratory health. It is an efficient tool which measures how much (different volumes) and how fast the air moves (flow rates) for early diagnosis of lung condition (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases; COPD) enabling us to allow proper primary care. 10-November-2021 29-December-2021/

3 Government Budget Forecasting Errors and Forecasting Accuracy in Medium-Term Planning by Pardaev Umidjon Uralovich In our paper, we made a review of forecasting methods and concepts related to state budget, tested two proposed hypotheses, and found the evidence to support them. For this, we used as a sample the state budget data for Uzbekistan for the period from 2006 to 2020. First, we found that the difference between forecasted data and actual data is high but when corrected budget estimates are used based on current changes the corrected forecast gets closer to actual data. Second, we found that forecasts on state expenditures have less error than forecasts for state revenues. 05-November-2021 28-December-2021/

4 Long Non Coding RNA in Various Cancers and Their Potential as Biomarkers by Jason Tom Abraham The lack of proper and specific biomarkers leads to failure in accuracy of diagnosis in cancer. Long non coding RNAs (LncRNAs) are RNA transcripts with length above 200 nucleotides. LncRNA, though non-coding, are reported to play a major role in multiple molecular mechanisms, however, the functions are not fully explored. LncRNAs are reported to be modulated in various diseases including cardio vascular disease, neurodegenerative diseases and cancer. The role and potential of LncRNAs as prognostic and diagnostic markers have been identified. Certain oncogenic LncRNAs could act as therapeutic targets for prostate cancer. The future of diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer could depend on LncRNA research. 03-November-2021 26-December-2021/
