1 Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Price Earnings Ratio of Consumer Goods Firms in Nigeria by Abada Uchechukwu Daniel (Ph.D., ACIB, ANIM), Ejiofor, Emmanuel Onyeka & Anumege, Sebastine Chibunna, Ph.D. This study determined the effect of the price-earnings ratio on corporate social responsibility of consumer good firms in Nigeria. The specific objective was to evaluate corporate social responsibility's influence on consumer goods firms' price-earnings ratio in Nigeria. The study adopted the Stakeholders theory as a theoretical framework. The study employed simple linear regression using panel data analysis to determine the influence of price-earnings ratio to CSR of consumer good firms for the period 2008-2017. The study results showed that corporate social responsibility has a significant and positive effect on the price-earnings ratio, while size has an insignificant effect on the sampled consumer goods firms in Nigeria. The recommendation regarding this study is that firms should engage in CSR activities to improve their image, goodwill, and profitability. 11-December-2020 05-January-2021/

Integration of information technology in inquiry-based learning approach in teaching and learning is another endeavor in Science education. Conventional or traditional teaching and learning is an avenue common to the students and teacher where teachers serve as the fountain of knowledge while the student serves as the receiver of the information. To decide whether the method is successful, the science performance of the participants for the controlled and experimental groups was evaluated. 5 A Study based on Pune IT Millennials on Attrition and Retention by Ms. Sudha Vijay Nair Attrition and Retention of IT Millennials is a critical challenge faced by IT organizations as Millennials look forward to career opportunities and quit organizations within a span of even less than one or two years. But it is also a fact that youngsters are more focused to work in IT organizations as compared to other sectors. This research study is based on attrition and retention of IT Millennials of Pune City as Pune of Maharashtra state is known as a city famous for IT organizations employing many youngsters especially Millennials known as Gen Y born between 1981 and 1994/6 and are at present around 25 to 40 years.
