Patient satisfaction is not only from improving the physical environment facilities but there are efforts to provide satisfaction to patients, especially in the process of interaction between patients and officers in providing health services. This study aims to analyze the doctor's effective communication on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Imelda Indonesian Workers Hospital in 2021. The design of this study used an analytical survey with a cross-sectional study design. The sample in this study were some 226 inpatients who visited Imelda Workers Hospital in Indonesia using the purposive sampling technique. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed statistically by chi-square and logistic regression. The results showed that there was an effect of respect on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Imelda Indonesian Workers Hospital in 2021. There was a humble effect on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Imelda Indonesian Workers Hospital in 2021, there was an analysis of the effect of empathy on the satisfaction of inpatients at home. Imelda Hospital for Indonesian Workers in 2021, there is an audible effect on patient satisfaction at Imelda Hospital for Indonesian Workers in 2021, there is a clarity effect on satisfaction for inpatients at Imelda Hospital for Indonesian Workers in 2021. about the COVID-19 pandemic in the case of Bhutan are being
used for the outcome of this study. The successful strategic actions in handling this pandemic during its first wave have been again tested with the occurrence of the second wave across the globe. More so the Delta Variant of COVID-19 has triggered major impacts to our very neighbor India and created a sharp rise in the cases as well as fatality. Bhutan also encountered the strain of Delta Variant of COVID-19 and has to initiate multiple strategies in its initiatives to keep COVID-19 impacts at significant control. Yet again, it was a success story for this small country Bhutan and its efforts and actions to face waves of a pandemic with many positive outcomes.
