1 Job Insecurity and Deviant Workplace Behaviors: Buffering Role of Honesty-Humility Personality Trait by Ugwu Callistus Chinwuba, Nnamah Gladys Nwakego & Ogbogu Ugochukwu Christian Deviant workplace behaviors (DWBs) such as sabotage, fraud, corruption, stealing, willful refusal to carry out assigned tasks, willful damage to the company’s property, taking excessive breaks, sexual harassment, peddling rumors, feigning illness, etc. are pervasive in workplaces and tend to pose deleterious effect on organizational functioning and effectiveness. In this study, the relationship between job insecurity and deviant workplace behaviors (DWBs) as well as the buffering role of honesty-humility personality trait in the relationship was investigated. Two hundred and twenty-eight faculty members randomly selected from some private universities in Southeast Nigeria took part in the study. Their ages ranged from 28 to 64 years and the mean age of 40.41 years (SD = 11.59). Results of Hayes PROCESS Macro showed that job insecurity has a significant positive relationship with DWBs; whereas the honesty-humility personality trait was negatively correlated with DWBs. More importantly, the results of the study further indicated that the honesty-humility personality trait played a significant buffering role in the relationship between job insecurity and DWBs such that the relationship attenuated when the honesty-humility personality trait was high as against when the trait was low among faculty members. The implications of the study for organizational intervention programs, limitations, and suggestions for future study were highlighted. 10-February-2022 18-April-2022/

2 Analysis of Financial Performance of SOE Commercial Banks using the RGEC Method Before and During the Covid-19 Pandemic by Nur Anggita Wulandari Arnould & Teddy Oswari This research aims to obtain empirical evidence related to bank financial performance reviewed from analysis with RGEC method based on BI regulation No. 13/1/PBI/2011 dated January 5 on assessment of health levels of Commercial Banks. This research aims to find out and analyze the financial performance of conventional state-owned commercial banks before and during the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, knowing the stability of the financial performance of conventional state-owned commercial banks before and during the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The object of this research is a state-owned commercial bank company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018-2021. Based on the purposive sampling method obtained 4 sample companies. The type of research used is quantitative with secondary data sources. Data collection techniques are carried out through documentation methods in the form of financial statements. The data was analyzed through different tests paired samples T-Test and Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. The results showed that using the RGEC method the assessment factors used were NPL, LDR, ROA, NIM, CAR, and ROE only the bank's NIM ratio before and during the Covid-19 pandemic experienced a significant difference. Analysis of different tests conducted on bank health levels before and during the Covid-19 pandemic showed that there was more likely to be no difference in bank health levels before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in NPL, LDR, ROA, and CAR ratios. This means that there has been no significant increase in the health level of banks before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. 15-February-2022 24-April-2022/

3 Machine Learning Approach for Intrusion Detection System on IoT Network by V. Surya and Dr. M. Muthu Selvam In the IoT scenario, smart devices usually collect a large amount of data from source to destination via the internet. As a result, the IoT network is prone to vulnerable attacks, which has become a challenge for network security to identify the intrusions. The Intrusion Detection System (IDS) software tool can be used to protect and prevent the network from malicious attacks. Therefore, the main objective is to secure IoT devices through IDS and ensure privacy and security. IDS requires Machine learning (ML) or Deep Learning techniques to detect anomalies across the network in an efficient way. In this paper, the Network Security Lab-Knowledge Discovery Dataset (NSL KDD) is taken for study and analyzed using Machine learning techniques. It is a supervised data set and classification algorithm that can be used for predictive analytics. Many research is conducted on the same simulated benchmark dataset, but still, it is a challenge to evaluate their performance on deployment. Four classifiers namely Gaussian Naive Bayes, Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, and KNearest Neighbour algorithms were used on the dataset and their results were analyzed. The experimental results show good accuracy of 99% with the Decision tree and KNN classifiers. Also, for both binary and multiclass classification, both models are found to be efficient in detecting accuracy and reducing false alarm rates. 05-March-2022 25-April-2022/

4 Origination of a Folkloric Dance: A Medium for Cultural Revival and Identity by Runelo L. Piñero, EdD and Miriam B. Eliaga, MA The objective of this study is to create and originate a research-based folkloric dance festival that tells a story about the local legend and cultural heritage of their place, which in this study is Barangay Taclobo in Dumaguete City, Philippines. The authors conducted series of purposive interviews to key informants who are local folks of the place aging from 60-90 years old. Results revealed that the legend of the place based on oral traditions have three versions but its commonality was associated to the existence of Sigay or Shell and their activity in the forested area of the place long time ago. Further, based on the descriptions and characteristics the key informants shared when it was consulted to biology experts, the shell they have said to be abundant before has the characteristics of the Taklobo- a local name of giant clams (tridacna gigas). Majority of the key informants shared that the story of how the place got its name and the richness of its cultural heritage however is lost in terms of the residents’ awareness most especially the new generation. Thus, the researchers believed that by originating a dance festival could be a medium to revive the story and cultural practices of the place which can be appreciated by the people since it is in a form of an artistic presentation. Basically, the authors have produced instructional materials like book and instructional video featuring the entire concept, movement, costumes, accompaniment, and dance implements and props of the dance festival under study to maintain its authenticity and originality. The folkloric dance festival created for Barangay Taclobo will be known as TAKLOB FESTIVAL. It is the first research-based barangay festival in Dumaguete City and a promotional tool to create a cultural revival and identity of the place in a form of dance. 20-February-2022 24-April-2022/
