Therefore, the main reasons for the conflicts in the Middle East can be listed as geographical, religious, economic, political, and the desire for independence, and these reasons are difficult to understand as they are intertwined. The fact that the Middle East has the world's largest oil reserves, that it is geographically connected to three continents, and that it is the center of maritime trade gates increases foreign countries' interest in the Middle East. When we look specifically at the last twenty-two years, we see a succession of events, especially the events of September 11, 2001, and the events leading up to that date. The purpose of this research is to examine the course of the attacks and the relationship between Afghanistan and the United States before the events of September 11, 2001. Altogether, the main reasons political order within Afghanistan has been evasive, are the 1979 Soviet Union invasion which led to the 9/11/2001 attack, and the last two decades regarding the United States strategy. 14-November-2022 26-December-2022/

5 Critical Observation of Marital Rape: Gender Justice Approach and National Perspectives by Dr. Mohd. Saleem The gender equality and disparity has been continuously growing in the society, due to the biased and prejudice laws relating to the women. Among them the sexual intersection and abuse is one of them .The Progressive society has been facing a challenge to established the uniformity between the gender orientation. In India the Patriarchy has been witnessed since ancient time and the dominance of male over females was surrounded under the boundary of familial relationship. There is challenge to overcome the issue without the help of the society and human development. The “Millennium Development Goal” ensures the gender equity among the laws and its application for the future development. The legislative policies and rules are against the wishful obedience of the system, where the female are being abused and torture, sexually exploited and decriminalized due their position and status in society. Despite the various pragmatic changes in the society, this question is still reproached and continuous. The legislative approach and judicial decision had played an important role in advancing the status of female and protection of her identity. The provisions of the conjugal rights are not only contrary to the international Conventions and Treaties in India too but also to its own constitution. The recent judicial dictate has been reluctant to declare the consensual sex as rape and adultery as offence in modern time. There is still debate and counter debate in favour of abolition of such crime. The paper highlights the dynamism of system against the female and observes the changes brought for their empowerment through the application of gender sensitization. 02-November-2022 29-December-2022/
