Self-Efficacy, Hope, and Optimism as Predictors of Organisational Commitment among Nigerian Broadcasters by Ugochukwu Christian Ogbogu & Doris Ngozi Morah, PhD The study investigated self-efficacy, hope, and optimism as predictors of organisational commitment among Nigerian broadcast professionals. A cross-sectional survey technique was used in the study, with a sample of 100 respondents drawn using accidental sampling techniques from three Nigerian stations: Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), Anambra State Broadcasting Service (ABS), and Imo State Broadcasting Corporation (IBC). Self-efficacy (r =.22), hope (r =.24), and optimism (r =.30) were found to be significantly correlated with organisational commitment. The multiple linear regression analysis revealed that predictor variables accounted for 25% of respondents' organisational commitment variance, with an adjusted R square of 251. In the regression equation model, hope (=.17, P<.01) and optimism (=.20; P< .001) were significantly and positively correlated with organisational commitment (=28.60.P<001). Using the Generalize Self-Efficacy Scale, State Hope Scale, and Optimism Scale, the study recommends the adoption of self-efficacy, hope, and optimism as predictors of respondents' organisational commitment. 14-September-2022 29-October-2022/

Elements of Comparison in the Works of Petrit Palushi with Works of Different Authors by Dr. Ermelinda Kashah The problem, the plane of study, and the notion are the key points in the work of the writer Petrit Palushi. History has shown that we can make a concrete comparison of two objects, of two spheres, of two works. In each work, we extract the common and special elements which emerge throughout the analysis. The writer's relation to artistic experiences is characterized by their acceptance or rejection, seen in a broader sense as the writer's relation to experience and the weight of tradition that seeks to homogenize the human structure of thought, aesthetics, and sensibility. We recall here that modernism in our concept should be seen as a spirit or sensibility that opposed realism and naturalism. 10-September-2022 29-October-2022/

CSR is the Winning Mantra of Corporate by Dr.A.S.Nagalatha and Dr.R.Shanthi Corporate Social Responsibility is not a new thought of Indian history. It is deeply embedded in our cultural roots. CSR nothing but an attempt by business to uphold the path of dharma were the power and wealth must travel along with thought of dharma. This study investigates the opinion of managers on CSR and fund allocation. The study employed structured questionnaire and circulated to managers to draw their opinion on CSR. It is a descriptive study and purposive sampling method is applied to collect the samples of the respondent. The study employed ANOVA and Regression to test the objectives and draw the result. The study concludes that managers are really enjoying the CSR but need support in terms of tax exemption and timely fund allocation. 08-September-2022 29-October-2022/

Disruptive Innovations in Business for Climate Change Mitigation: A Review by Karri Manikanteswara Reddy Business organisations are seeking by conducting carbon releases to mitigate and reverse climate change; evidence indicates a gap from practices designed to adhere to climate change antagonistic outcomes. The only path forward is through unsustainable technological advances in renewable energy and low-carbon technologies with a tragedy as serious as climate change. Moreover, initiatives are expected to ease risks for private entertainers who cannot be asked to ignore their key concerns. Climate change is key to creativity. Climate change mitigation includes innovative low carbon innovations that challenge winning inventions or behaviours and lead, once they are implemented, to scaled-down emanations. Disruptive innovations provide special elements or administrative incentives to end customers. There are now many, but few, potentially disruptive low-carbon technologies. We need to concentrate on arrangements that help decarbonize the production of productivity and slowly generate productive uses. Today, the emphasis is on the ties between technical progress and global climatic change, which is obviously the most detailed and important examination of natural reality today. This paper discusses the potential for disruptive technologies to transform the energy goods and businesses market. 05-September-2022 29-October-2022/

Deep Learning Techniques used in Mobile Devices and its Frameworks by Patil Dipak Raghunath and Dr. Manish Sharma Various mobile apps have been activated by scientific advances in deep learning and artificial intelligence and machine learning. Even while traditional computer frameworks focused on digital sensing and cloud computing, There are some benefits of integrating on smartphones. Such advantages include low latency of communications, low cost of cloud computing services, fast response and increased data protection. Fundamental research of deep learning on mobile and data product has attracted considerable attention recently. Various applications much of the time grasp deep learning counts, for instance, CNN and RNN to isolate information from cell phones. In this work, we investigate various deep learning frameworks for managing mobile computing or multiple file systems. In the experimental analysis, we demonstrate the effectiveness of each deep learning module and how it accelerates the default performance of the system with memory and speed. 08-September-2022 29-October-2022/
