There is a dearth of quality
higher education institutions in Uttar Pradesh. Except for
centrally sponsored institutions, the state universities and
the colleges associated with them rarely shown any
excellence. There is a lack of infrastructure in the colleges
and the government is also apathetic. Also, Work culture
needs to be improved. Accreditation will go a long way in
addressing the issues and challenges afflicting higher
education institutions in Uttar Pradesh. |

Sustainability reflects a shared
common vision of contributing towards a secure and
sustainable society for humanity. In which the use of
resources, the trend of technological development and
institutional change and the direction of investments are all
in regularity way by enhancing both current and future
potential to meet human needs and aspirations. As oil and gas
production and exploration continues to be a priority. Oil
and gas companies over the world included Saudi Arabia are
implementing policies and regulations to reinforce the
sustainability of the industry. Through the Saudi Vision 2030
and the 2020 National Transformation Program, Saudi Arabia
defined a goal and critical measures to the kingdom's
long-term survival for sustainable development and balanced
growth. After carefully considering the available literature,
the paper concluded that the success of the 2030 Vision in
the oil and gas sector depends on the effective involvement
and empowerment of pertinent companies at all levels of the
Kingdom. As well as the development of comprehensive
strategies and policies mechanisms which to guide progress
towards sustainability. Although the transformed plan for
Saudi Vision 2030 will be a challenge to pursuit, especially
from the oil and gas sector. Overall, Saudi Arabia is highly
expected to contribute to improving the global sustainability
provides the plant with greener projects and initiatives
transpiring in the homeland over the course of the next
several years. |

Commonness of
Musculoskeletal Disarray in Army Officer by Dr. Rekha

Working environment and
conditions might bring about a number of physical disorders.
The Musculoskeletal disorders [MSD] are related to the work
environment and need of the occupation. Musculoskeletal
disorders [MSD] represent a major issue in the military
settings. Military personnel are exposed to a range of
physical training, sporting, work and recreational activities
that may result in MSD. Musculoskeletal injuries are a major
cause of morbidity and lost duty time in most military basic
training programmes, results in inflammatory and degenerative
diseases and disorders. These conditions result in pain and
functional impairment and may affect almost every aspect of
body. This study aim to find the prevalence of MSD in BSF.
The study was survey based design. The current study aimed to
determine prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders in BSF
personals. The sample for study was selected by random
sampling technique. Based on inclusive and exclusive criteria
100 sample were taken. The subject was asked to fill up the
NORDIC questionnaire. The prevalence rate is 64% the most
affected joint is knee joint that are 15% explanation may be
related to altered biomechanics during running, for instance
increased knee valgus at initial contact, decreased knee
flexion, and increased peak hip adduction and internal
rotation. In this way the physiotherapy treatment protocol
must be initiated in the work environment to treat as well as
prevent those disorders and injuries. |

Study of Impetus,
Exclusion and Hindrances at Calabar Free Trade Zone by Dr.
Halle Stewart |
An in-depth study and analysis
of exemptions, incentives, access to facilities and
hindrances in Calabar Free Trade zone was studied.
Questionnaires were designed and distributed to nineteen
active registered exporters, importers and manufacturers
operating at the Free Trade zone. One Sample T-test Statistic
was used to answer the research questions and hypotheses
formulated. From our result, there are exemptions, incentives
and access to facilities at the Free Trade zone in Calabar.
The study further revealed that there are hindrances at the
Free Trade Zone. |
