1 Factors that Influence Investors in Investing Stock with Investment Interest as Mediating Variable in Indonesian Capital Market. by Dimas Raka Prayudha and Adi Kuswanto. This study aims to examine empirically the effect of investment return, annual report information, and investment risk, either partially or simultaneously to investment decision with investment interest as a mediating variable in the Indonesian capital market. Data sourced from questionnaires that are distributed and filled by people who have become stock investors in the capital market. The total sample is 454 respondents. The process of data analysis is a reliability and validity test, descriptive statistics analysis, model testing, and hypothesis testing analysis. The test is performed by using Structural Equation Models. The tool used is AMOS version 24 and SPSS version 25. The results showed that investment return, annual report information, and investment risk simultaneously affect investment decision with investment interest as a mediating variable. But partially, only investment risk that has no effect on investment interest. Meanwhile, the investment return and annual report information have an effect on investment interest and investment interest has an effect on investment decision. 01 - 10 Download Paper
2 Quality Education: Learning Community vs Learning Outcomes (Basic Numeracy and Literacy skills - Challenges and Solutions) by Dr. Sushma Singh. The paper presents the study of the challenges and solutions in implementation of learning outcomes in upper primary classes in respect of learning community of National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi, brief of learning outcomes offered by National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), comparison of National Level Achievement with the achievement of Delhi NCT and challenges to achieve the Learning Outcomes. Also tries to explain the strategies to find the solutions to these challenges: Like Mission Buniyaad for strengthening of fundamental skills, level-appropriate assessment, capacity building of the teachers and awareness of all the stakeholders of a learning community of NCT of Delhi. The paper also presents the sample study conducted during Mission Buniyaad project for fundamental skills in languages and mathematics, reassessment of the students taught during Mission Buniyaad project in schools of Districts: East, South, West B, North West B and North of Delhi and deviation on the online data filled by these schools. 3 Eco-criticism Survey: "Lei-Langba‟ in Moirang Haraoba with Particular Instance of Mahakavi Hijam Anganghal‟s Myth “Khamba-Thoibee Sheireng” by Dr. Santoshi Devi Lei-Langba (floral oblation to the forest Gods and Goddesses) is an important episode of the process of the Umang Lai Haraoba (pleasing of the forest Gods). According to the Pandit Loishang (Department of Royal Scholars) of Manipur, there are four major types of Umang Lai Haraoba, viz, (i) Kanglei Haraoba; (ii) Kakching Haraoba; (iii) Moirang Haraoba; and (iv) Chakpa Haraoba. The present study tries to make an eco-criticism analysis of Lei-Langba in Moirang Haraoba with special reference to Mahakavi Hijam Anganghal’s Epic “Khamba-Thoibee Sheireng.” In the writing of Mahakavi Hijam Anganghal in his epic Khamba-Thoibee Sheireng, there is a unique style of writing of his own, an elegant and different approach of a distinct identity. His account on nature, floriculture, varieties of waterfalls and fish at Loktak Lake, his sense of humour, vocabulary expressions, appearances of metaphors, similes, imagery, prosody of verse writing, rhyme and rhythm. etc. in them are simply beautiful and are of high literature. 4 Prospects and Occasion: Possibilities of Forging Australia-ASEAN Safety Collaboration in Indo-Pacific Suburb after Cold War by Dr. Vishal Agrawal The World has observed a gravity shift in the field of international politics in amid of evolving new power dynamics between the United States and the People’s Republic of China and escalating South China Sea conflict. These potential conflicts have serious repercussions—especially in Indo-Pacific regional security architecture—thereby, are required to build a partnership between Australia and the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) to deal with security challenges. Thus, this research article strives, based on primary sources and secondary data, to examine the evolving security partnership between Australia and the ASEAN in Indo-Pacific region after Cold War in the context of changing security landscape—such as rise of China and the future of international order— which provide opportunity to both to forge a security partnership. In order to examine the study, this article employs analytical, case study technique and explorative methods. It argues that mutual learning and sharing information would be germane between Australia-ASEAN nexus about cautious powers like China and its unpredictable behavior, both as opportunity economically but for some as challenge for regional security and Indo-Pacific established order. It concludes by enunciating that in amid rising challenges and opportunities in Indo-Pacific Australia-ASEAN need to reinforce their security partnership for preserving and sustain international law and the vision of Indo-Pacific. 26 - 35 Download Paper
5 Women’s Contribution for Agriculture and Food Safety by Dr.Sana Shaik & Dr. Reshma Bano The aim of this study was to investigate the relation between the provisions of food for household members and educational status of women for food security. In addition to this several varieties of food given to different population and household labour saving devices (LSD) were also evaluated. Statistics were collected from 250 randomly selected women in two districts of Ganderbal and Bandipora of Jammu and Kashmir. The results depicted that the educational level gained by the respondents has a relationship with the LSD at significant levels of 0.05. Moreover, it showed quite high degree of association between age and educational level. Thus it can be concluded that the women possessing higher degree of qualification are likely to provide different varieties of food and thereby increasing the household food security. 36 - 41 Download Paper
