With the emergence of various competitors, Mytha Donuts is required to carry out marketing through endorsement. To increase the effectiveness of endorsements, a non-celebrity endorser spokesperson was chosen to deliver advertisements effectively. Also, Mytha Donuts uses the concept of viral marketing to reach more consumers. The use of non-celebrity endorsers and the concept of viral marketing aim to enhance the brand image and purchasing decisions of Mytha Donuts products. This study’s objective is to determine the impact of non-celebrity endorsement and viral marketing variables on purchasing decisions directly or indirectly through brand image. The independent variables (X) in this study include non-celebrity endorsers (X1) and viral marketing (X2). The dependent variable (Y) in this study is the purchase decision (Y). While the moderating variable (Z) in this study is a brand image (Z1). The data were obtained using a questionnaire instrument that was distributed to 154 Mytha Donuts consumers who were selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis using SPSS Version 22.0. Smith (2016) have provided a host of reviews and studies in the realm of effective leadership with the purpose to demarcate the potential leadership styles, approaches, and insights into what constitutes effective leadership qualities in educational institutions. This paper aims at examining effective leadership in the educational context in Morocco. Specifically, it attempts to unravel the timely challenges facing the development and progress of leadership in Moroccan educational institutions. By the same token, it tries to discuss some perspectives which foreground potential advancements in the educational sphere. The paper adopts a meta-synthesis technique, whereby a special examination of the various already conducted studies came out with conclusions: perspectives and challenges. The typical meta-synthesis method consists of articles, books, and any scholarly academic source related to school effectiveness with respect to leadership. Owing to its descriptive, diagnostic, and generative nature, this method allows the researcher to explore the wide-range of pitfalls and weaknesses which provide potential opportunities for alternative conclusions to be adopted in restructured and well-run approaches to leadership and school effectiveness. Amor, Ph.D. | This study is directed towards the formulation of a substantiated theory on the effects of land-use conversion on farmers. Six farmers were selected through purposeful sampling design using the snowball method. Construction and interpretivism were utilized as a theoretical research perspective to grounded theory. Results show that there were changes in the economic lives of farmers based on their economic activities and income expenditures. Before the land-use conversion, farmers focused on their work in the field, most of the time together. Activities remained the same after the land-use conversion, and farmers at present still engage in work in the field. Income and expenditures were indicated by farmers’ practice of living within their means through expenditure adjustment before the conversion until today. Changes in social lives were focused on values and attitudes. Cooperation occurred on the farm before the conversion which continued even though the farmers dispersed from the land where they used to live together. This value strengthened their positive attitude; hence, no misunderstanding occurred.
