1 | Political Orientation of Female Legislative Candidates in the 2019 Aceh Legislative Elections: A Study on Female Ex-combatants in the Aceh Conflict by Rasyidin, Fidhia Aruni& Teuku Muzaffarsyah | This article discussed the orientation of female candidates from ex-combatants of the Aceh conflict in the 2019 Legislative Election. The Pasee region consists of Lhokseumawe City and North Aceh Regency chosen based on the conflict history were the main areas of the Gerakan Aceh Merdeka (GAM) when demanding freedom for Aceh from the Government of Indonesia during 32 years conflict in Aceh. The female candidates as the speakers in this study were women who had taken part in the conflict and peace period in Aceh, consisting of former Inong Balee, activists, and daughters of GAM commander in the Pasee region. After that, they transformed to choose politics to continue the ideals of the struggle of the Acehnese. The results showed that female candidates from local and national parties were dependent on their political participation. The orientation of their nominations as female legislative candidates were based on historical orientation and raised the issues about their involvement during the conflict as indicated on the banners, billboards, and campaigns. This historical orientation made them want to realize the points of the peace agreement by nominating themselves to become members of the regency/city legislatures or province through their visions and missions at the time of nomination. | 05-December-2021 | 27-January-2022/ 31-January-2022 |

2 | Role of English Communication in National Building by P.Amifemila and Dr.V.Karunanithi | Academics were under insurmountable pressure to offer online classes as a result of stringent isolation measures and the closure of institutions, colleges, and universities. Teachers encountered a load of issues as a result of the sudden transition to online learning. This study aimed to identify these concerns and challenges as they developed during the lockdown and the association of motivation, commitment, and stress of the teaching faculty. To do so, a sample of 103 teachers, of which 16 males and 87 females were selected by using a purposive sampling method. The participants, who ranged in age from 22 to 58 years old and worked in schools, colleges, and universities, were given a socio-demographic questionnaire, The Work Extrinsic and Intrinsic Motivation Scale (Deci & Ryan, 2000), Organisational Commitment Scale (Allen & Meyer, 1996) and Perceived stress scale (Cohen et al., 1983). This data was then analyzed using the Pearson Correlation Coefficient and the findings revealed that there is a significant positive correlation between motivation and commitment. The correlation between motivation and stress and Organisational Commitment and stress was negative but insignificant. | 15-November-2021 | 26-January-2022/ 31-January-2022 |

3 | A Study on the Perceptions of the Hotel Management Students on the Use of Non- Automated Documentation vs. Automation Documentation for Academic in Pune by Manoj Suryawanshi and Sumeet Dua | This paper is aimed at developing the use of Non-Automated Documentation vs. Automation Documentation for the academic of hotel management students. The automation system can be used for various purposes in the college or institution. It can be utilized for the following reasons, the admission process, to explain the courses in the college through the online brochure. Admission process through an online application, submission of documents can be done online. Verification of documents. Payment of fees or any other dues. The verification of documents and library cards, ID cards, uniform requirements, antiragging, all the notices of events and activities can be sent through an online system. Attendance of the students, exam notice, regular timetables, and notes of the subjects could be sent through the online system. All the circulars, exam timetables, hall tickets, and references, and assignments. Students as well as staff logging may also access or can search any of the college information. The Attendance of the staff and students, as well as marks of the students will be updated by staff. This is to maintain and facilitate easy access to information. For this, the users must be registered with the system after which they can access as well as modify data as per the permissions given to them. That aims at providing information to all the levels of management within an organization. This system can be used as a knowledge/information management system for the college. For a given student/staff (technical/Non-technical) can access the system to either upload or download some information from the database. As per the study of the perception of the students from hotel Management College, the automation system is always good as compared with the non-automation system. The Questionnaire technique has been followed to college the data from the hotel management students of Pune City. | 28-November-2021 | 28-January-2022/ 31-January-2022 |

4 | A Study on Impact of Customers on Adoption of MCommerce by Retailers by Parvathy R. Nair and Dr. Chitra V | Mobile commerce popularly known as m-commerce is a recent innovation and is considered to be the subset of e-commerce. With the improvement in technology, computers and laptops were no longer necessary to do commercial activities instead mobile phones took their place. The use of a mobile phone to carry out commercial activities is known as mobile commerce. The introduction of mobile commerce facilities in the retail sector helped the retailers as well as customers. This paper focuses on the impact of m-commerce on customers. Data were collected from primary and secondary sources. The study pointed out that customers had positive as well as negative impacts and the mode of retailing they choose does not affect their age. It also states the major advantages and disadvantages of mobile commerce adoption in the retail sector. | 30-November-2021 | 25-January-2022/ 31-January-2022 |

5 | Performance Analysis and Comparison between Various Unidirectional Composite Lamina’s to be used in Light Weight Automobile Leaf Spring by Mr. R B Gunale and Dr. S. Chakardhar | Composite is a mixture of
multiple materials to gain the combined advantage of all
those which was otherwise not possible to achieve if added
constituents considered alone and independent. Percentage
varying of added material if do vary it leads to change
lamina property which further effects laminate properties
which can be derived from lamina on an average basis. Every
application is unique and needed to support the best material
to perform a said task in a satisfied manner for the expected
period. A designer would have enough number of material
choices readily available with him which he chooses or reject
based on few parameters such as cost, processing easiness,
availability, mechanical properties, thermal properties,
electrical properties, etc. sometimes available standard
materials are not enough to perform given task satisfactorily
and thus designer would think for its replacement and thus
the role of alternative material comes in to picture. This
material performs well on the cost, availability, and
performance front and thus recognized into role first time
and starts gaining popularity later if consistently gives the
satisfactory output as required. The Paper describes performance comparison between various composite laminas, laminas behavior have studied for different fiber orientations, so the strength, stiffness, and effect of such change on mechanical properties have studied on each lamina. The current paper describes the behaviour of three composite unidirectional laminae in response to the change of fiber orientation, it reveals some laminas are less sensitive to such change and its properties remain unchanged till failure but few are very sensitive to such changes happened concerning orientation or alike parameters such as thickness, fiber, matrix volume fraction and shows the rapid change into properties and behavior. The industrial designer or researcher would have a choice of choosing the best material for a specific application, or he would fetch an idea about imparting structure with enough strength by varying a few basics parameter and that made him either to choose the right material for said application through comparative study or upgrading level of performance of material by varying some basic parameters, in both the circumstances, one is capable to pull out a choice of the best material for said application. The material performance comparison discussed in the paper tried to achieve similar objectives. |
